For each home, we estimate a 4 – 5 hour cleaning time, exclusive of a 30-minute break. 

We charge transportation depending on your location.

Yes! We are open to serve you every day!

We provide all the necessary cleaning supplies and solutions. If you have any special requests or a specific cleaning product you would like us to use, please let us know when you confirm your booking.

All Gentle Helpers carry accident and third-party liability insurance.

We can include outside cleaning of your house or office. Please let us know the size in square meters of these areas.

    • Wipe down, clean, and organize the kitchen.
    • Sweep and mop the bedroom, living room, and dining area.
    • Sweep and mop or wipe all floor areas, walls, cabinet doors, and ceiling corners.
    • Thoroughly scrub and disinfect the bathroom.
    • Clean the inside of windows.
    • Change the sheets in the bedroom and vacuum.
    • Dust and wipe tables and open shelves, including the items on them (closed cabinets and closets are NOT included).
    • Vacuum the sofa and bed if necessary.

    Note: This service does not include cleaning inside appliances, shower curtains, or organizing inside cabinets and cupboards.

Our Construction Cleaning service is designed for newly built or renovated homes. If your home has been previously occupied without any construction or renovation work, you would qualify for our Move-In/Out Clean.

  • The quoted rate covers only the cleaning of the home.
  • If you would like additional services, such as unpacking boxes or organizing items on shelves or in cupboards, we can provide these for an extra fee.

Important Notes:

  • The number of Gentle Helpers assigned to your home is solely for cleaning purposes. Special requests like organizing and unpacking may extend the time needed, resulting in overtime charges. Please inform us of such requests in advance so we can allocate the appropriate number of Gentle Helpers.
  • We require that minimal items and furnishings are present in the home to facilitate thorough and efficient cleaning.
  • It is highly recommended that all construction or renovation work be completed before our cleaning service to ensure optimal results. We do not conduct rework (or re-cleaning) while contractors are still on-site.
  • Please ensure there is little to no leftover debris, as we do not dispose of items like wood, paint cans, etc.
  • We do not remove paint stains.
  • Our team can only reach up to a maximum height of 10 feet using a ladder and does not use scaffolding.

The quoted cost does NOT include cleaning the following areas:

  • Garage
  • Outside the windows
  • Garden/Yard

If you would like these areas cleaned, please include them in the total floor area to be cleaned. A premium may be added for homes with a significant amount of glass, such as glass windows or staircases, pending an ocular assessment. For homes measuring 250 sqm or larger, we will provide a price estimate only after an ocular visit.

Move-In/Out Cleaning Service

Our Move-In/Out Clean is tailored for homes that require cleaning before moving in or for clients transitioning out of their previous residence.

  • The rate covers only the cleaning of the home.
  • Additional services, such as unpacking items from boxes or organizing, will incur an extra charge.

Subscription Cleaning Service

This package is perfect for those who desire regular cleaning services for their home. Please inquire about the details, and we will be happy to send you more information via email.

 

Depending on the home’s size and our clients’ needs, we assign at least two Gentle Helpers for each residence. As the home expands and the tasks become more intricate, we make adjustments and add more team members as necessary.

For any additional requests, kindly notify the Client Servicing Team before the cleaning day, so we can provide instructions to the Gentle Helpers. Depending on the nature of the extra request, we may need to increase the number of Gentle Helpers or extend the cleaning duration.

During the cleaning session, if there’s sufficient time available, our Gentle Helpers can fulfill extra requests. However, if the cleaning time exceeds 5 hours, an overtime fee of ₱200 per hour will apply.

All of our Gentle Helpers possess both NBI and Barangay Clearances. They undergo a thorough 8-step recruitment process, ensuring they are well-screened and tested before taking on any cleaning tasks.
